To those who stood beside me when they heard news of my return, I thank you.
To those who stood against me even after learning of my descent from the Son of Storms - beware.
I am Yoritomo Kumiko, daughter of Yoritomo. For many years I have remained hidden from my clan at the final request of my mother. My adopted brother, Aramasu, supported me during my exile and saw to it that I was educated in the techniques and lore of our clan. We had hoped that my life might be uneventful, that Aramasu would produce an heir and that I would be allowed to fulfill my promise to my mother in peace. Such is not to be.
Yoritomo Aramasu has been murdered and his killers remain free. Those members of the Storm Legion who follow me scour the Empire. The murderer Bayushi Kamnan will not escape us for long. Even yet, he is not our most dangerous enemy.
We must seek the one who betrayed Yoritomo Aramasu, who led him to his death.
I demand the head of Yoritomo Kitao.
Bring it to me, and all the rewards the Mantis have to offer shall be yours.
